Answer:

The order from least to greatest is
(1)/(8), (1)/(4), (2)/(6) , 0.5, 0.75

Solution:

Given, set of numbers are
(1)/(8), 0.75, (1)/(4), 0.5

We have to arrange them, in a order such that least to greatest, i.e. ascending order.

Now, as the given numbers are in different forms, let us convert all of them into decimal form for easy comparison.

\text { So } (1)/(8), 0.75,(1)/(4), (2)/(6), 0.5

\begin{array}{l}{(1)/(8) \rightarrow 0.125} \\\\ {0.75 \rightarrow 0.75} \\\\ {(1)/(4) \rightarrow 0.25} \\\\ {(2)/(6) \rightarrow (1)/(3) \rightarrow 0.334} \\\\ {0.5 \rightarrow 0.5}\end{array}

Then, ascending order will be 0.125, 0.25, 0.334, 0.5, 0.75

\text { Which means order will be } (1)/(8), (1)/(4), (2)/(6), 0.5,0.75

Hence, the ascending order is
(1)/(8), (1)/(4), (2)/(6), 0.5,0.75
