Explanation:

let the equal angles be x then the third angle = 3x

The sum of the 3 angles in a triangle = 180°, thus

x + x + 3x = 180, that is

5x = 180 ( divide both sides by 5 )

x = 36

and 3x = 3 × 36 = 108

The 3 angles are 36°, 36° and 108°
