For tall heterozygotes with antennae, the offspring are: tall-antennae 46 dwarf-antennae 7 dwarf-no antennae 42 tall-no antennae 5 Calculate the recombination frequency between T and A. Enter your answer as a percentage (for example, 10%).

Answer: 46%

Explanation:

Recombination frequency =Number of recombinant offspring ÷ total number of offspring × 100%

Number of recombinant offspring= 46 ( number of offspring with the same genetic combination as the parent which in this case are the tall antennae TA)

Total number of offspring = 46+7+5+42= 100

Recombination frequency= 46/100 × 100%

=46%
