Answer: Domain: (-∞, ∞)

Range: [-9, ∞)

Explanation:

Domain: All numbers works for the domain.

Range: The vertex of the function is when y=-9, so the range starts from there. However, after that point, the graph continues to go up, so all numbers that are greater than or equal to -9 work for the range.
