Answer:

(-3,-2)

Explanation:

y = 2x+4

y=3x+7

substitute (3x+7) in for y in the first equation.

3x+7 = 2x+4

subtract 2x from both sides

x+7=4

subtract 7 from both sides.

x = -3

plug -3 in for x in either equation to get y.

y= 2(-3) + 4

y = -2
