Explanation:

We only need the slope for this question. When we write in point-slope form, we can get the slope easily.

2-6 / -3-4 = -4 / -7 = 4/7 #The 1st line of slope

7-14 / -5-(-9) = -7 / 4 = -7/4 # The 2nd line of slope

So we can notice that the 1st slope is "upside down" and positive turns negative. So these lines are perpendicular.
