5. What evidence is there that marker ink is a mixture?

6. Each compound in the marker ink is represented by a color. Did one compound travel farther than others? Explain why you think that this is the case.


7. Did the compounds travel farther in water or isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol)? Explain why you think that this is the case.

5) the marker ink have different colours which represents different components of the ink which makes it a mixture.

6)A mixture of green, blue, red and yellow gives black ink. The green colour will however travel farther than the other colours because there's more of green dyes in black ink.

7) ink is a non polar solvent and will be soluble and travel farther in isopropyl alcohol than in water.

8)By making my Df and Ds measurements more accurate.
