Pick any two points, for example (8,167) and (12, 188)

Now use the formula y2-y1/x2 - x1 to find slope

188 - 167/ 12 - 8

21/4

The rate of change is 21/4, note you would NOT convert the fraction into to a decimal until your teacher specifies you to.
