The answer for this problem is A

Explanation:

The way I deduced this answer was by comparing the full rental. The full rental in this problem is the building rent and the music combined. The reason I didn't compare the guest expenses was because they were the same. Now Tom's full rental fee for the building is $65 just like Ricks full rental fee. Therefore, the answer is A since it's basically the same situation for both parties!
