Answer: (7x^2+144)/x^2

Explanation:

f(h(x))=

f(12/x)=

(12/x)^2+7=

12^2/x^2 + 7=

144/x^2 +7=

144/x^2 +7*x^2/x^2=

144/x^2+7x^2/x^2=(7x^2+144)/x^2
