Answer:

After subtraction expression will be
(-2x-5)/((x+1)(x+2))

Explanation:

We have given expression
(x)/(x+2)-(3)/(x+1)

We have to subtract this

We know that for subtraction of fraction first we have to take L.C.M of denominator

So L.C.M of (x+2) and (x+1) will be (x+2) (x+1)

So
(x)/(x+2)-(3)/(x+1)=(x+1-3(x+2))/((x+2)(x+1))=(x+1-3x-6)/((x+2)(x+1))=(-2x-5)/((x+1)(x+2))
