Galileo is one of the most revolutionary scientists in terms of the novelty of his ideas.

He made great advances in the laws of motion and astronomical matters, as well as the creation of telescopes, making the first observations of the Moon, Venus and Jupiter satellites.

He supported Copernicus's idea that the earth revolves around the sun, which was a controversial idea for his time, and the reason why his books were banned because the idea that the earth was not the center of the universe was not yet a well received idea.

For his ideas he was persecuted by the Inquisition and accused of heresy, but he was a proud man and stayed true to his ideas .
