Approximate circumference of circle is
20\pi feet that is 62.8 feet.

Solution :

Need to determine approximate circumference of a circle with radius as 10 feet.

So given that radius of circle = 10 feet

Circumference of circle is product of constant
2\pi with radius of circle r.

=> Circumference of circle =
2\pi r

On substituting the value of radius, we get circumference

So circumference of a circle of radius 10 feet =
2\pi * 10 = 20\pi

Taking
\pi = 3.14, we get circumference = 20 x 3.14 = 62.8 feet

Hence approximate circumference of circle is
20\pi feet that is 62.8 feet.
