My experience of witnessing an accident
I am fully blank right now, don't know how to explain this. I felt like butterflies in my stomach. I saw an accident, live and clear. It was so frightening and horrific to see.
Today, when i was on my way back home from school, a red Mercedes car passed by. It was pretty normal, but then i heard a big bang noise. I turned around to find out the source of the sound. That is when i saw that the car had crashed into a tree. I rushed to see if something had happened to the people in the car. I saw the man who drove the car was moving, i was relieved. But then when i looked closely, i saw a baby on the other seat with no movements. I called an ambulance immediately, they came and took the baby and the man. Later the hospital people called me and said that the baby was dead but the man was safe. I was fully shaken up. They also told me that the man was drunk. I went to meet the person and he told me that he was coming after a party with his 1yr old baby. He was drunk but wasn't over drunk. The baby started crying suddenly. He looked the baby to see what happened, but then he lost his control over the car and hit the tree. I was like didn't know what to do. I left the place.
I reached home and told my parents about what i had seen today and asked my dad to never drive the car when drunk. I understood that we should not travel with a small baby, alone, anywhere. It could be dangerous. There has to be someone for taking care of the baby. I wish nothing like this happens to anyone again and the baby RIP. It's getting late so gotta sleep. Good night!
