It can't be identity because the equation is not identical. It is not identical because if you try and solve it, it would look like this: -6a + 3 = -4a + 2. It is not 10 because the equation would look like this: -6(10) + 3 = -2(2(10) - 1), which equals -57 = -38. And finally, it would not be 5 because, the equation would look like this is you try and solve it: -6(5) + 3= -2(2(5)-1), which equals -27 = -18. So, the answer is no solution.
