y=-x-7

Explanation:

So the line goes down one unit for every unit it goes to the left.

Slope is rise over run which would be -1/1 (simplify to -1)

The line crosses the y axis at -7

So to put it in slope-intercept form (y=mx+b) it would be y=-1x-7

You don't have to include the one in -1x because its the same as saying -x
