I am where the patriots out of ammunition managed to hold there own against the British what am I?

On June 17, 1775 during the Siege of Boston, the patriots who were defending Bunker Hill ran out of ammo, they still managed to fight the attacking British forces. The patriots ended up losing the battle, but the British forces lost more people then necessary.
