a. Let us assume that x and y are the numbers respectively in the blacks to be filled.

b. Let us assume that x and y are the numbers respectively in the blacks to be filled.

So,
(y)/(x) =-(7)/(100).

Therefore, x maybe 100 and y maybe - 7 (Answer)

So, xy = - 1.25
