Answer: CORRECT FACTS

Explanation: Don't isolate yourself from others, because that is a sign that you don't want to be treated, and sometimes we need to be treated even though we don't want to! If you can get over that try joining a support group for your mental illness as that can really help you overcome a stigma because you're talking it over with people you trust and that care for you. If somebody goes up to you and says you really need to go now to get checked out for your mental illness don't say I'm totally fine when you know you really aren't, because that can lead to more problems down the road. Finally always in everything in life focus on the positive things and that will lead the person with stigma to a better understanding.
