it can be written as a∝

Now we put a proportionality constant (k) here

so, a=k
(1x)/(b/2)

or a=
(k2)/(b)

Now for a= 1 and b= 10

(2k)/(10)

10= 2k

or,k=5

Now agin for b= 35 and take k value as 5, we get a value

a=
(2*5)/(35)
