Answer:

S'
(-15,0) and V'
(0,-24)

Explanation:

The rule for dilation of a point
(x,y) with scale factor
k centered at
(a,b) is

(x,y)
(k(x-a),k(y-b))

For the point S(-6,1),
x=-6,y=1,a=-1,b=1,k=3

So, coordinates of S' will be
(3(-6-(-1)),3(1-1))=(-15,0)

For the point V(-1,-7),
x=-1,y=-7,a=-1,b=1,k=3

So, coordinates of V' will be
(3(-1-(-1)),3(-7-1))=(0,-24)

Therefore, the co-ordinates of S' and V' are S'
(-15,0) and V'
(0,-24).
