Hello, can somebody help me? My brain doesn't seem to be working at the moment haha, It would be much appreciated! :)

The table gives the lowest temperatures ever recorded in five U.S. cities. Use this table to answer each question.

St. Louis, MO: -18 degrees

A: What is the difference between the greatest temperature listed and the least temperature listed?

B: How much greater was Norfolks lowest temperature than St.Louis's Lowest Temperature?

Answer:

A. 71 degrees since -18 i a negative number

B. is 5 degrees

Explanation:

For A. you would simply subtract the 53 from -18 to get your answer.

For B. subtract 18 from 3 despite them both being negatives.
