Héctor Juan Pérez Martínez , better known as Héctor Lavoe, was a Puerto Rican salsa singer. He was born 30 September 1946 and sadly died, 29 June 1993. He was from Ponce, Puetro Rico. He left Puetro Rico and went to New York to sing and share his music. He was married and had a kid.
