P = P_(1) + P_(2) + P_(3).

In which
P_(1) is the percentage of those who only have a high school diploma and hold a management position. So
P_(1) = 0.2*0.1 = 0.02


P_(2) are those who have a bachelor degree and hold a management position. So
P_(2) = 0.7*0.6 = 0.52.


P_(3) are those who have a graduate degree and hold a management position. So
P_(3) = 0.1*0.85 = 0.085

Finally


P = P_(1) + P_(2) + P_(3) = 0.02 + 0.52 + 0.085 = 0.625.
