  2. Approach/Avoidance: The person is attracted to an option but some of the consequences of the option are not as desirable ( a person wants to lose weight by running on the mornings before work but he doesn't look forward to wake up early)
  3. Avoidance/Avoidance: The person is confronted with two equally undesirable options but the person must choose one.
