8!/2!(8-2)!=8!/2!*6!=8*7/2=56/2=28 ways

how many ways can you choose 2 people out of 5 people ?

5!/2!(5-2)!=5!/2!*3!=5*4/2=20/2=10

10/28=5/14 again
