In your opinion, how does healthy eating help people be responsible and/or have good relationships with others?

Eating healthy and having a good diet can improve someone's mental state which in turn can help out with their relationships with others. The food you put in your body directly affects your attitude. For example, if you eat junk food all of the time, you're going to be grumpy since you're not getting the right amount of nutrients in your diet.

In my opinion, healthy eating people impact others in a positive way. I think so because they have an effect on their relationship with others. You are most likely to be more motivated to do other things when eating healthy rather unhealthy. Someone seeing your eating habits and disapprove of your actions may likely have a disgust look on their face. Although having some junk foods are okay, it is not good to intake many, as it is not good for your health.
