Expression: 3^3 x 3^3 ÷ 3^4
When there are powers with same being multiplied you can just leave the base unchanged and add the exponents so:
3^3 x 3^3 is 3^(3+3) which is 3^6
3^6 ÷ 3^4
Now when powers with the same base are being divided you can leave the base unchanged and subtract the exponents so:
3^6 ÷ 3^4 is 3^(6 - 4) which is 3^2
Answer: C) 3^2
I hope this helps :)
