According to the study 70% of the internet searches used Google as search engine.

Thus if the event X is the proportion of the searches using Google engine, then expected value of the event X, E(X) = 0.7

From here we can find the expected number of internet searches of a sample of 25 people by multiplying 25 and 0.7, i.e 25*0.7=17.5
