The function of this parabola is is equal to
f(x) = (x-1)^(2) - 4

Explanation:

If we look at this picture we cans see that the most bottom point of this parabola is located 4 units below and 1 unit tot he right of the origin point. From here we know tha tthe function will lokk something like this....


f(x) = (x^-1)^(2) + bx - 4

But in our case b is equal to zero and so we get that the following parabola is represented by the following function....


f(x) = (x-1)^(2) - 4\\

(If you don't believe me you can check this function on a graphing site called Desmos)
