Answer: x=3/4 x=-4

Explanation:

(4x-3)(x+4)=0

4x-3=0

4x-3+3=0+3

4x=3

Divide both parts of the equation by 4:

\displaystyle\\x=(3)/(4)

x+4=0

x+4-4=0-4

x=-4
