I NEED HELP ASAP!!!!!

how do you round 14 3/6 to the nearest whole number by using a number line.

Answer: 14 3/6 is also 14 1/2 because 3/6 simplifies to 1/2. therefore it is also 14.5. if the decimal is equal or above .5 it will round to the whole number above. so the answer is 15
