The total area of two square windows is 1025 in2. Each side of the larger window is 5 in longer than the sides of the smaller window. How long are the sides of the smaller window?

20 inches... the area of the small window is 20^2 which is equal to 400. Therefore the bigger window is 25 inches long and the area of the bigger window is 625 inches^2. Add these areas together to get 1025 in^2
