I need help plz and thank you this is due

warm-up and cool-down procedures to use during exercise

1. give a brief explanation as to why warming up and cooling down is important

2. give at least two examples of warm-ups AND two examples of cool-downs with a brief explanation and visual for each

warm ups~

do pushups first slow then faster
do jumping jacks for 60s and start slower then gradually do it faster


cool downs~

run as fast as u can then rest for 5 minutes
do sit ups 30 times after few seconds later do 10 times

warm ups and cool downs are necessary in an exercise because they help the body get through the exercise easier.

warm ups-

•Jumping jacks, start slow then faster.

•Walking or slow jogs, same with jumping jacks, start up slow then faster.

cool downs-

•Cool down after runs, walk for 10 minutes

•Cool down after jumping jacks, skip jump for 10 minutes
