Ellie can use a mnemonic device to retain the names of the club members and be able to retrieve them later which may assist her in using their names to call each member, remembering names may show she is also interested in the people within the group.

If Ellie can approach the group calmly without letting it spark any fear towards her she will have a positive attitude towards it and a feeling of excitement that may make her show interest amongst her group members and not cling to the corner.
