if there were 243 students and 2 students that were out of state were chosen every time 7 of the students that were in state were chosen. how many of each student would there be?

The ratio 2:7. Add 7 and 2 together to get 9. Then divide 243 by 9 which is 27. 27x2 is 54 so. There was 54 students out of state. And 189 that were in state
