Answer:

Midpoint coordinates are
(x,y) = ((1)/(2) , -2)

Explanation:

The Coordinates of R = (-8,3)

The Coordinates of S = (9, -7)

Let M be the mid point of M and its coordinates by (x,y)

Now, by mid point formula,

(x,y) = ((x_1  + x_2)/(2) ,(y_1 + y_2)/(2) )

(x,y) = ((1)/(2) ,(-4)/(2) ) = ((1)/(2) , -2)

So, the midpoint coordinates are
(x,y) = ((1)/(2) , -2)
