Answer:

(x- 2)^(2)  + (y + 10)^(2)  = 9 is the equation of the circle.

Explanation:

Center of the circle = (2, -10)

Radius = 3

General Form of Circle Equation :

(x- h)^(2)  + (y - k)^(2)  = r^(2)

where, (h,k) are the center coordinates and r is the radius of circle.

So, substituting (h,k) with (2, -10) and r =3 in the above equation,

we get

(x- 2)^(2)  + (y - (- 10))^(2)  = 3^(2)

or,
(x- 2)^(2)  + (y + 10)^(2)  =  9 is the required equation.
