Get organized!! Get a planner, and write down a list of everything that you have to do that day, that way you don't keep it all locked up in your head.

Get some support!! Whether it be friends or family, I know that for me, at least, I feel a ton better after talking to people. Also, personally, I have faith in God, so I can take all my worries and stress to Him. He lets all His believers talk to Him whenever we want; He is always listening :) I always find that comforting.
