Answer:

y=-x+5

Explanation:

first solve for slope by using y2-y1÷x2-x1

for y2=2 y1=8 x2=9 and x1=3

put together

2-8÷9-3 =-6/6 simplified to -1 which is slope or m

now to get it into slope intercept form

use y-y1=m(x-x1)

for y1=8 m=-1 x1=3

so

y-8=-1(x-3)

solve to get your answer

y=-x+5
