What's the expression that is equal to (9x+ 3) - (5x-7)

Answer: 4x + 10

Explanation:

(9x + 3) - (5x - 7)

Distribute

9x + 3 - 5x + 7

Combine like terms

4x + 10

4x + 10 is the simplified version of the original expression so they're equivalent.

Edit: I made a mistake at first, then changed it to the right one. This one is correct. :)
