-1<x<0, the graph of h(x) is above the x-axis. So,
h(x)>0.

For
0<x<1, the graph of h(x) is below the x-axis. So,
h(x)<0.

For
1<x<2, the graph of h(x) is below the x-axis. So,
h(x)<0.

Only for the interval
-1<x<0, we get
h(x)>0.
