For this if x+3 will factor of polynomial

Then if we put x=-3 in the polynomial then the the value of polynomial will be zero

P(-3)=(-3)^4+3* (-3)^3-28* (-3)^2-36* -3+144=81-81-252+108+144=0

So x+3 will be factor of polynomial
