Answer:

5F+(-9)C=160

39^(\circ)F=3.9^(\circ)C

Explanation:

Let Celsius taking along x-axis and Fahrenheit taking along y- axis

From given table

C_1=-25, C_2=-20,F_1=-13,F_2=-4

Slope formula:
m=(F_2-F_1)/(C_2-C_1)

m=(-4+13)/(-20+25)=(9)/(5)

Point slope form:
F-F_1=m(C-C_1)

Now, substitute the values in the formula then we get

F-(-13)=(9)/(5)(C+25)

F+13=(9)/(5)(C+25)

5F+65=9C+225

5F-9C=225-65=160

5F-9C=160

Substitute F=
39^(\circ)

Then, we get

39(5)-9C=160

195-9C=160

9C=195-160=35

C=(35)/(9)=3.9^(\circ)

Hence,
39^(\circ)F=3.9^(\circ)C
