Answer: Maryland Tolerance Act and Pennsylvania.

The Maryland Tolerance Act, was also known as the Religion Act, was a law that required religious tolerance for Trinitarian Christians. It was approved on 1649, by the Maryland Colony Assembly.

In Pennsylvania they had a free religion. It was guaranteed by William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania many rights and liberties for people, including freedom of religion.
