Explanation: First, we want to add up all the candies, and after doing that we discover that there are 25 candies in total. Next, we take away an orange candy, leaving us with 4 orange candies, but it also takes away 1 from the number of total candies, leaving us with 24 total candies. Finally, we put orange candies as our numerator and total candies as our denominator and get 4/24, which simplified becomes 1/6.
