Answer:

x=3280

Explanation:

Given that the distance from Amsterdam to Cairo is x.

It is given that first the aircraft flows with an average speed of 820 km/h.

Time taken to reach Cairo would be

t1=(x)/(820)

Without stop the aircraft would return back withan average speed of 656 km/h.

Time taken for this is ,

t2=(x)/(656)

Now its given that t2 is 1 hour more than t1.

t2=t1+1,

(x)/(656)=(x)/(820)+1

(x*820)/(656) =x+820

x=3280
