Answer:

Length will be 25 cm which is not given in bellow option

Explanation:

Let breadth of the rectangle is b

According to question length l = 2b

So area
A=b* 2b=2b^2

Now length is decreased by 4 cm

So length = 2b -4

And breadth increased by 1 cm

So breadth = b+1

So New area
A_(NEW)=(2b-4)* (b+1)=2b^2-2b-4

As the area is increased by
198cm^2

So
A_(NEW)-A=198

2b^2-2b-4-2b^2=198

b=-101cm

Length can't be negative so none of the option is correct
