First you have to bring like terms to one side and bring the x terms to the left and constant term to the right. To bring 6x to the left you have to subtract 6x from both sides. Which will give you 10x-4x-6x-8/3 =0. Now bring -8/3 to the right, by adding it on both sides and the equation you would end up with is 10x-4x-6x=8/3. So after we got 10x-4x-6x =8/3, you would get 0x = 8/3 after simplifying the x terms so this equation has no solutions.
