The answer is m= -2
Start by distributing the -6 to the m and 1
So then it would be
24= -6m-6+18
Then add the -6 and 18
So now it’s
24= -6m +12
Then you’d subtract the 12 from both sides
12= -6m
Now divide both sides by -6
m= -2
